| [RDC] Electoral Sytem of Waterloo Unfair to students |

At FEDS council on Sunday there was unanimous support for the WLUSU paper title Ward Off the Student Votes. This paper outlines the ways in which the electoral system in Waterloo discriminates against student votes. It also cites other electoral problems within the city of Waterloo.
