Liquor Licence Act R.R.O. 1990, REGULATION 719 Amended to O. Reg. 396/02 Subsection 15 LICENCES TO SELL LIQUOR... Prohibited Methods and Practices Respecting the Serving of Liquor 15. (1) The holder of a licence to sell liquor shall not contract out the sale and service of liquor. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 719, s. 15 (1). (2) The licence holder may contract out the sale and service of liquor for the period described in subsection (3) to a person who is applying to receive the transfer of the licence holder's licence if, (a) the applicant has filed with the Registrar of Alcohol and Gaming an application for transfer and paid the prescribed fee; and (b) the licence holder has signed an authorization for the applicant to operate the business and has filed the authorization with the Registrar of Alcohol and Gaming.
