Experience with the operation of a fast paced, student focused, licensed food and beverage facility essential. Proven supervisory and leadership experience along with a sound knowledge of the Liquor License Act of Ontario. Must be bondable and certified under the current Smart Serve program. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent interpersonal, customer service, organizational and communication (oral and written) skills. Excellent computer skills using common software and point of sales systems. A degree or diploma in hospitality management or related field is an asset.
